Cat is right about music, I can change my mood just by listening to "Boots" on his sax, or a favorite happy or funny song, I love country gospel. Keep your mind on other things, positive things. Always remember there is a lot in this life to celebrate. Chamommile is good, if it doesn't help oatstraw will. I use St johns wort tea for relaxing in the evening before going to bed. Most herb stores have all of them in the leaf form for tea. Just steep a teaspoon in boiled water for 6 min strain and drink. For a really good flavor add a small amount (1/4 tsp) of peppemint and 1/2 tsp of catnip to the st Johns wort.

See what happens, I tried to sneek in and get caught up and got caught...... Good to be back.

that is funny, Cat. We lived in the panhandle of Florida for 2 years, in 59 and 60. We did not go through a hurricane. 2 months after we got to Pa. a hurricane hit the area where we had lived. Hurricanes don't like me ...... I hope.

Foggy this morn, but supposed to burn off and see some sun this afternoon. DH will be driving truck for a local potatoe farmer starting tommorow and every day thereafter for about 6 weeks, weather permiting. have a good one
