  1. Thank you Jori!!!!!! You will do a great job!!!!!!!

Thanks for all the kind thoughts! Every time I think we are going to finally make "the move" God moves the time line. Now we have to replace the radiator on the truck. --before we clean out the storage unit, do laundrey or move. We just keep getting up really early and doing the next right thing--then wait and see what happens next. June 6th will be a year we have been waiting. I will have internet until we move and dh thinks we might have it if we go outside of the house--metal roof.

There is a library halfway close but with the one vehicle and the library is only open in the afternoons a few days a week. Very small town!

  2. I've been doing the Birthdays for a while and love to do it (I love Birthdays). However, things are changing in my life right now. I leave at 6am and get home (right now) at about 8pm. We are moving out to our new home in a few days and I get no internet connection at all out there. So until I have something in order for internet I won't be available for much of anything.

MomM and I have a system for posting Birthdays but I haven't seen her around lately. We go to the Birthday girl (or guys) profile and make sure they have been online in the past year. If so, we post them. I would sure appreciate someone picking up my slack at least until I get it together.

And you know I'll miss you all while I'm internetless!!!!!!!!!

  3. Hey, I'm sorry you all. I knew I wouldn't be online til late today--Tuesday--so I did Stephs birthday early--last night! Apologies again and hope your big day was great, Stephanie!!!!!!!!

PS- I'm leaving the house at 6am and no time online before that. I keep trying but I'm just not a morning person!

  4. After doing more research on the Valley Fever I believe that he never really got rid of it even though he had no symptoms for a few months. We called the vet this morning and had him call in a refill of his meds. Monday we will take hime in to the vets and have a titer drawn to see where we are at and if that is the problem. He has been hot but hasn't had another seizure since Thursday.

  5. Buddy had a second seizure today. It did not get as far or bad as the first one. It happened right after his tubby. Must have started while I was straightening up in the bathroom. When I walked out he was sitting hunched over, staring straight ahead and peeing. He did jump up on the couch and I put the ice pack on him right away. He just sat there staring ahead. After cooling him a bit I took him outside (on leash) and he was walking a little stiffly and still looking straight ahead. He did his business and then seemed like he could see around him. Not sure if he was kinda blind for a bit or what. We came back in and I used the ice pack again for a little while and then he seemed fine.

After his tubby he gets excited and trying to dry off by sliding along the couch so I don't know if that triggered it or not. I am just so glad he did not stop breathing or start screaming!!! I didn't realize that I was even stressed until DH called and I broke down crying. I just did what I had to do to get him through it. If anyone has any advice or input, I would love to hear it. He is fine this evening and so am I!

  6. Miki, I love the aprons. I am going to try my hand at them. Thanks for the idea. This looks like it could be a stress relieving project. (By the way, how is the new book coming? I am anxiously awaiting.)

Thanks you all!!! I am always into easy!

Martha, what book? I hope you are thinking of TheMartianChick! Or did I talk in my sleep?! :sHa_sarcasticlol:

CGA, I love the idea for the dress! I just went to a thrift shop today and found some material for a nightgown and to make a chicken doorstop. I will post photos and link when I finish it--the doorstop, that is! The nightgown will be cut by the one I have now. Six seams total!

Then I will try more of the t-shirt aprons! I think I will have an assortment of items to sell at the Farmers Market.
