You remember, I did lose all of my ornaments 3 years ago when they were in a storage building and that fire went through and took so much. So, I really can't remember if you did or not.   2. Think Christmas. It is time to think about our Christmas Ornament Exchange, right, that is just what I said, time to work on our Christmas Ornament Exchange. Please know we need to get them out about the 15 of November or at least before Thanksgiving if we can. This is the way it works. You sign up here by October 10th, and send a PM me with your names and address. When I have all the names and addresses, I will send you a list of everyone on the list and you will make 1 ornament for each person on this list. In other words, if there are 10 people on the list, you make 10 ornaments, if there are 15 you make 15 and so on. Most of you know how this works. I will try to get the list to you by October 15th or as soon as I get all the names and addresses. This is giving you over 2 months to plan to sign up, but, please don't wait until the last minute. Thanks. Please: If you do NOT intend to make and send ornaments out, do NOT put your name on the list. Now we will all get started and have fun doing this exchange. I know there are some who look forward to this exchange each year. I know some of you have said you want to join, so looking forward to getting all the names and addresses. Find something you want to make, and get started, as you know there will be people joining this exchange. Please don't wait until the first of November and think about what you want to make, get them done soon.

  4. Good morning, My computer goes in the be cleaned up tomorrow and when I get it back, I will make a post for people to join on. I am so sorry that I can't post now, but, I am not able to do as much as I would like. I will also post my fair pictures when I am able. We do have a lap top, but, it is sooooooooooooooooooo slllllooooooooooooowwwwwwww, that I won't post on it unless I have to. Have a great day and :bighug2:
  5. Good morning, . ********** Most of you know what to count for miles and those of you who may want to start, just take a peak back to some of the other posts. I am not able to do any pictures in here again this week. My computer goes in to the shop to be cleaned up tomorrow. It seems like it is about once a year I have to take it in. So here are my miles for the past 3 weeks. July 3 – July 9 I did 24.29, July 10 – 16 I did 17.84. Now, the 17 – 23 I have walked 19.49. I am sure down from the first week in July. ********* Who is going to join us? Everyone is welcome.   6. I'm having problems with my computer again. I spent a few hours yesterday and today trying to post, but, it kept going down. Thank you Momo for making this post. I take my computer in next Tuesday and hope it will be fixed within a few days. I am thinking I only did about 25 miles last week. Snowmom
  7. Good morning, Yes, we will be doing the exchange again this year. Right now I have been busy with getting things ready for the County Fair that starts next week. So, I will be posting about the exchange probably in late July or in August. SO, YES!! everyone is welcome to join and we do have fun. I'm so glad you have already started them Mommato3boys. Ann, you should join, and you can start making them any time. There are usually at least 10 of us, so if you make more you can always put them on your tree.
  8. I hope everyone has a great and safe day today. ********************** Anyone who is in pain and still tries to do any walking is doing great. I am still hurting, and so I think I will probably go see my Dr. this week if I can get in. Most of the time one hurts and gets better, for some reason I seem to be hurting more than when it happened. So, we will see what happens. I am still able to get around and it is easier to walk than to set on some chairs or benches. I was really hurting yesterday in church setting in the pew and they are padded. I even sat on a pillow and had a small one I put at the base of my spine. I'll let you know how things go next week when I post. Oh, I will be busy these next couple weeks as the County Fair starts on the 13. I will be doing a lot of baking on Tuesday the day before it starts.   9. Momo, the company were our kids and they were here to do some work and so it was good, just that I'm getting to old to enjoy a lot of company for that long I guess. The shop now has a table and shelves in it and things like that were done. I guess I really can't complain, as I do love it when the kids are home. A week ago, I took a wrong step and slipped in a hole that Minnie had dug and sat down very hard.   10. Well, we had company all last week +, some left on day 8 and some on day 9 and 12. Now that they have left, we are trying to recuperate. Monday was a rough day and yesterday was our Pizza Hut Day. I am in hopes to get this in this morning. I am still tired. ********** Here are some things that count for miles.   11. Momo and Ann, you are both doing so good. To answer your question Momo, my fit bit is a flex. I've had it for going on two years now. DD bought it for me.   13. It is another rainy looking day and we have another appointment this morning so am trying to hurry and get this in. I'm so sorry Momo, I know I am about back where I was 7 -8 years ago and that is just really not good. Those pounds just sort of creep up on me. For sure I have to get back down and ride and walk, but, it seems like the time goes so fast and I don't get down there. I still haven’t been on the bike or treadmill yet.
