You know what, I kneed mine right in the bowl and as soon as the flour is all mixed in that is about all I kneed it. Then when I kneed it after the first raise, I don't do it a lot, just a bit to get it down. Then I don't kneed it before using it. I just pinch off what I need and go from there. I usuall have great luck with the recipe my mom gave me years ago. Do you set the yeast aside and let it raise first??? That is what I do, I think I put that in the recipe. Link to comment
