Jasminegirl Posted June 11, 2007 Share Posted June 11, 2007 Found out I have high blood pressure and pre-diabeties. Dr. put me on diet to lose 128 lbs. Trying to walk with Mom and usually can get 2-3 miles a day, not counting shopping, cleaning etc. I would love to join you ladies in your miles walked. I haven't kept up with what i walked this week b/c i didn't go to my weigh in class last week or this week, so i started my eating right 2 days ago and will be marking my excercises back in my booklet and will try posting on next Mondays Miles Walked.
