Darlene
55 minutes for pints, 90 minutes for quarts. Whenever you're in a pinch and can't remember exact times, the National Center for Home Food Preservation is the place to go! http://www.uga.edu/nchfp/how/can_home.html Link to comment
Violet
That is the best site I know of for reliability. The directions are for 1 inch cubes of pumpkin, packed loosely in water. No pureed pumpkin of any kind is safe to can. Link to comment
HappyCamper45
I used that same exact site to can winter squash...The jars came out so pretty the kids thought they were canned peaches. Link to comment
