westbrook
One of the areas we need to address is an isolation room. How to build one, how to maintain one, what to do if you have someone in isolation, how to dress, handle items coming out of this contaminated room and more. so with this said.... any information you have, please post here. It would be nice to have everything (even if already posted at Mrs. S) placed here regarding this subject to it is easy to find. Link to comment

westbrook
this is exactly what we need! thanks Leah! my reason for the topic is, this is something we need to prepare for! doesn't have to be the flu, could be small pox, polio, TB, or a number of other communicable diseases! I want a bed pan! a sick person may need some way of relieving themselves, especially if being given an enema to rehydrate or administering medicines. If there is no bathroom to wash up, a bowl and pitcher will be needed. Always stainless steel first then glass. Plastic can't be cleaned easily. Link to comment
