Can get that done Friday while we're in Trinidad. So, after that, I need to can...water, right? For a test run? I also need to find out the altitude here. The book that came with my canner only shows what pressure to can at up to 8000 feet, and we're above that, so I need to find another table for that info. I have a utensil set coming with the grabber and wide mouth funnel and such. Besides more jars, rings and lids do I need anything else? Mo7 Link to comment
