Dinner menu 05/12-05/17

My apologies, this should have been up yesterday. I've been sick for a week+ now, so here's the dinner menu. I usually do brek & lunch as well, but we're flying by the seat of our pants this week, LOL...

 

Monday- Whole chicken in the crockpot, rice, peas, gravy

 

Tuesday- Meatloaf, mashed taters, green beans, biscuits

 

Wednesday- Meat Spaghetti, garlic bread

 

Thursday- (grocery shopping day so it's an easy night) frozen pizzas

 

Friday- Pork chops, fried taters, spinach salad, biscuits

 

Saturday- (FFF night- finger foods & film) Salsa con queso, tortilla chips, fruit tray, sassy wienies

Change of plans. No shopping today, so I'm making pork chops, mashed taters & peas.

I haven't gotten my menus made for May yet, and it is almost June. I really need to get June's made out soon.
