Robert Z Posted November 18, 2008 Share Posted November 18, 2008 my local food lion has bacon "end pieces" for $4 for 4lbs. It looks like perfectly good thick cut bacon, just like 2" X 2" strips. It would be great if I could can them up in pint jars, then drain and fry just til crisp. Link to comment
