These are as you can count them, 1 mile will = one mile. ********* These will be counted as 1 hour = one mile ********* will be down and up 10 times = one mile ******** These two willl be 30 minutes = one mile ******** You will have to be the judge of these. We have been counting 1 hour as a mile, but, sometimes it isn't so. Therefore, I'm letting you be the judge of these. ************ Here are my totals: Walking 1 1/4 Riding bike 4 Stairs 2 1/2 Dishes 1 House Work 3/4 Laundry 2 Shopping 3 Other 2 1/2 Total.......... 17 miles. Ok, who will be ??? ********* Who is going to join us? Anyone who wants to start exercising or walking or whatever, count your miles and add them up this week and post them next week when either Momo or I make the walking post. Jasminegirl Posted January 14, 2010 Share Posted January 14, 2010 Ok, I am coming back. Sorry I have been gone. Been sick the last 4 weeks, seems like every time I get back to visit ya'll something comes up to keep me from getting in here to read. So I started walking again 3 days now and will be trying to post when it is time again. Have doctor appointment in 6-8 weeks and have to show him that I have been good and losing weight again ( gained too many lbs back since I quit dieting & walking). Have to have all my blood work done when I go back, so really need to do this. Need all the encouragement I can get from everyone. Link to comment
