These are as you can count them, 1 mile will = one mile. ********* These will be counted as 1 hour = one mile ********* will be down and up 10 times = one mile ******** These two willl be 30 minutes = one mile ******** You will have to be the judge of these. We have been counting 1 hour as a mile, but, sometimes it isn't so. Therefore, I'm letting you be the judge of these. ************ Here are my totals: Walking 6 Riding bike 0 Stairs 2 Dishes 2 House Work 2 Laundry 2 Shopping 3 Other 4 Total.......... 21 miles. I need to get to riding the bike on the days I don't go to the gym. Link to comment
Annarchy Posted August 3, 2011 Share Posted August 3, 2011 Housework 5 miles. MIL said she gained 2 lbs, ate crackers the next day and lost 3 lbs. Figures, I can gain 10 lbs in one day and it takes at least a week to whittle it back down. Oh, swimming 1 hour upstream/downstream and a 1/2 mile walk, I'm guessing a total of 3 miles. Total 8 miles. Too bad walking in dreams doesn't count. Thanks Snowmom for keeping me going. Link to comment
