These are as you can count them, 1 mile will = one mile. ********* These will be counted as 1 hour = one mile ********* will be down and up 10 times = one mile ******** These two willl be 30 minutes = one mile ******** You will have to be the judge of these. We have been counting 1 hour as a mile, but, sometimes it isn't so. Therefore, I'm letting you be the judge of these. ************ Here are my totals: Walking 1/2 Riding bike Stairs 2 Dishes 1 1/2 House Work 1 Laundry 2 Shopping 6 Other 2 Total.......... 15 miles. Ok, who will be ??? ********* Who is going to join us? Anyone who wants to start exercising or walking or whatever, count your miles and add them up this week and post them next week when either Momo or I make the walking post. Link to comment
Vic303 Posted October 3, 2011 Share Posted October 3, 2011 29.31 walked, including mileage equivalents (bike riding). I also hit my first goal weight of 180 today, and reset my goal to my next target of 160...so now you see 19#more to go on my ticker... Link to comment

Hi Snowmom, I want to thank you for being here and encouraging me/us. I started exercising last week. Big whoop, 3 sit ups, 3 lady push ups and one manly push up, and one leg lift held 20 seconds, for 3 days. This week, 5 sit ups, 5 lady push ups and 2 manly push ups and one leg lift held for 20 seconds. It isn't much, but it still leaves me very sore and limping the rest of the week.
