I only logged workouts on 3 days, Monday, Tuesday and Sunday...Two of those were bike rides which is why my mileage looks good. 25.01 for the week. But I was sick most of the time, with a cold and bronchitis/cough. It's getting better though, so I hope this new week will see me back on track. Vic Link to comment

Old Pine was home and when he is home, I don't always get in here or any place else much. But, we did get some things done that will count for miles for me next week. Here are some things that count for miles. These are as you can count them, 1 mile will = one mile. ********* These will be counted as 1 hour = one mile ********* will be down and up 10 times = one mile ******** These two willl be 30 minutes = one mile ******** You will have to be the judge of these. We have been counting 1 hour as a mile, but, sometimes it isn't so. Therefore, I'm letting you be the judge of these. ************ Here are my totals: Walking 1/2 Riding bike Stairs 1 1/2 Dishes 1 House Work 1 Laundry 2 Shopping 2 Other 2 Total.......... 10 miles. I know I didn't get many miles in this time, but, my knee is much better today. Just took it easy and didn't do anything that I didn't have to do last week. Ok, who will be ??? ********* Who is going to join us? Anyone who wants to start exercising or walking or whatever, count your miles and add them up this week and post them next week when either Momo or I make the walking post. Link to comment

Since DH has been so sick the past 2 years I have become less disciplined and don't want to "plan" anything. I guess I am still scared I'll have to make a hospital run on a seconds notice.
