Snowmom
Here are some things that count for miles. These are as you can count them, 1 mile will = one mile. ********* These will be counted as 1 hour = one mile ********* will be down and up 10 times = one mile ******** These two willl be 30 minutes = one mile ******** You will have to be the judge of these. We have been counting 1 hour as a mile, but, sometimes it isn't so. Therefore, I'm letting you be the judge of these. ************ Here are my totals: Walking 1 Riding bike 4 Stairs 2 Dishes 1 House Work 1 Laundry 3 Shopping 6 Other 3 Total.......... 21 miles. Shopping on Saturday sure helped. Ok, who will be ??? ********* Who is going to join us? Anyone who wants to start exercising or walking or whatever, count your miles and add them up this week and post them next week when either Momo or I make the walking post. I have added pounds so have to get busy and really work hard. I don't know what happened to me, but, it is not good to gain now. I usually don't gain more than a pound or two at Christmas time even, so something is really wrong here. Oh yes, my knee and leg problem, that had to be why I have gained, as I wasn't doing much at all. Guess I need to do more walking and riding and other stuff. Link to comment
Vic303
41 miles this week, but most of that was on the bike. Evenings are getting busy now, with kids events and things so I am finding a bit less time free for workouts. Kind of a bummer as I have been continuing to make good progress...perhaps I will drag the Monkeys out on daytime walks instead...? Link to comment
