Vic303 Posted November 7, 2011 Share Posted November 7, 2011 I only managed 2 rides this week so my walk equivalents are down a little. My miles for the week are 32.11. My speed avg on the bike is right about 12.0-12.2mph, with my rolling avg about 13mph. Not bad, though I wish I could crank the "engine" up like DH, who rode 4hrs today at 15mph avg and almost 100km distance. Link to comment

These are as you can count them, 1 mile will = one mile. ********* These will be counted as 1 hour = one mile ********* will be down and up 10 times = one mile ******** These two willl be 30 minutes = one mile ******** You will have to be the judge of these. We have been counting 1 hour as a mile, but, sometimes it isn't so. Therefore, I'm letting you be the judge of these. ************ Here are my totals: Walking 5 Riding bike 16 Stairs 3 Dishes 1 1/2 House Work 1 Laundry 1 Shopping 2 Other 3 Total.......... 32 1/2 miles. I won't do this good next week, as I spent yesterday mostly in bed. Just not feeling myself yet today. Ok, who will be ??? ********* Who is going to join us? Anyone who wants to start exercising or walking or whatever, count your miles and add them up this week and post them next week when either Momo or I make the walking post. Link to comment
