Biking, swiming, walking, and such. ********* These will be counted as 1 hour = one mile ********* will be down and up 10 times = one mile ******** These two willl be 30 minutes = one mile weights, jumping rope. ******** You will have to be the judge of these. We have been counting 1 hour as a mile, but, sometimes it isn't so. Therefore, I'm letting you be the judge of these. ************ Last week, September 9 - 15, I am going to say with laundry, stairs, shopping, (we went to Fargo), housework, dishes and we did yard work Saturday morning, I got in about 14 miles, I didn't walk on the treadmill or bike at all. One of these days I am in hopes to get back down and do that. Ok, who will be ??? ********* Who is going to join us? Anyone who wants to start exercising or walking or whatever, count your miles and add them up this week and post them next week when either Momo or I make the walking post. Quote Link to comment
The WE2's Posted September 17, 2012 Share Posted September 17, 2012 (edited) Thanks for the info...I've put in my share getting the upstairs apartment fixed up at our "homestead" so our son will have a "soft landing" as he tumbles through being jobless and headed for a divorce, and relocating from several states away. Mom lives in lower unit. I've been up and down stairs very similar to these about 20 times a day for almost a week! Huff, huff, huff and more huff!Again, thanks!
