gofish Posted November 22, 2012 Share Posted November 22, 2012 I wanted to get my turkey Monday and thaw it in the frig. With work and being at the hospital with Mom. I forgot. She is stable for now and back at the nursing home. We were out of fresh food so I went to the store last night and got a small ham ( DD1 doesn't like turkey) and wanted to get a deboned turkey breast. I thought it would thaw the fastest. It would also be small enough I could defrost in the microwave. I grabed the wrong thing. The bone in turkey breast is still frozen solid. It won't fit in the mircowave. It looks like we will have turkey for Sunday dinner. We are having a wondarful ham dinner for Thanksgiving. How was your meal? Quote Link to comment
