mommato3boys
Do you freeze eggs? If so do you freeze them with whites and yokes together or do you freeze whites and yokes separate? I am trying to decide how I want to freeze eggs. I am thinking of separating them that way if the recipe calls for whites I don't have to thaw the yolk too. I have always froze them together before but this time I think I am going to try something new. Quote Link to comment

The WE2's
Yep, thanks for the links. I've never frozen eggs that way, but I have hard boiled them, cooled them, removed the shell and vacume sealed them for the freezer. Used them to make egg salad sandwiches etc., and didn't get sick and/or die. I usually just go to Amish/Mennonite country and buy the powdered egg whites and powdered egg solids. I then vacume seal them in my jars and keep them stored. I can control portions better this way and not depend on refrigeration. Quote Link to comment
