Mt_Rider Posted October 12, 2022 Share Posted October 12, 2022 Thanks! It was a lot of travel by plane and then by car ...then home via plane again. I've been trying to keep my sleep schedule better. Slept very well on trip....without Unisom. But....we'll see if I can keep that in place. Care to place any bets, Jeepers? Know you have same problem. Hmph. I'm on another round of steroids....for the anticipated exacerbation of MS. It helps and I've had to take 3 rounds of it so far this year. Blech. Don't like pharma meds but....it does help.
