Usually not, probably why he was so quick to get me the replacements. LOL That is how he broke his ankel, he was doing a load, when I was at MIL's house, stepped on the edge of the cement twisting it. He said it would have made a good you tube video when the armload of clothes flew up in the air.

I did not want to spend the money, but, it was necessary and DH found a smoking deal. He found a replacement washer & dryer for $125. for both.

She is still hospitalized confined to bed. Fevers, low blood counts. Her DH is experiencing further complications from his surgery with blood clots in his legs.

A quick update. When it rains... Her DH is hospitalized for appendicitis.

We've been talking. She's not doing well, intense pain, burned and blistered enough they are going to quit the therapy and she's on bed rest. It was the plead in her voice when she said, "Pray for me." Thank you all for your prayers, she has called several times and said they helped her get through another day. *Heavy Sigh*

I don't know yet, however I am researching everything I can find. My first thought was the Shout Box, when I minimized it, the pages seemed to load slightly faster. Just a note: I downloaded a spyware sweeper today and it cleared several things off my computer. Now the pages load just fine.... Looking further into the matter. Sorry I do not have a quick fix for some of these things.

Thank you all for your prayers, she can use them. I got a call from her this morning, she 3 weeks into chemo and daily radiation treatments with 3 more weeks to go. She requested prayers to handle the pain.

Our little group gathered at Big D's. A small tree with paper ornaments and a crocheted angel on top, brightened the corner next to the wood hopper. The aroma of turkey and oatmeal cookies wafted through the house as the men sat around the fireplace and the women busied ourselves in the kitchen cooking, all of us reminiscing about the past year. IRL, we had a quiet humble Christmas, the best gift of all was our health, safety and a nice meal.
