I am sitting here looking at the Black Walnut tree in TheGiants brother's back yard. It is soooooo tall and straight. I'm like you snowmom I love Black Walnuts, even if the hulls do stain my hands when i shuck em.

A friend of mine, on line, took the medium sized ABC blocks, sealed them and used clear glitter to make adorable Christmas tree ornaments last year.

Glad to hear the biopsy report came back good! Hope the cold is gone soon also. twi

I see a bright sunny day, with a beautiful blue sky that's free of clouds. It's beginning to warm up again and I shut the furnace off this morning. There are beautiful pink hyacinths blooming in the back yard and the trees are finally starting to show signs of green again. The bushes along the back fence are covered in delicate yellow flowers, draping to the ground, and the squirrels are playing and eating the black walnuts that fell from the tree last fall and were buried under snow and leaves all winter long. It is a wondrously, beautiful day out today.

Oh Becca, I am so sorry to hear DH lost his job..... just try to stay calm and remember, this too shall pass. Times are so tough on you and your family right now but the lord tends to make us stronger for each thing that we have to endure. Please know that I am praying for all of you. Twi

It's about 40 degrees outside right now and it's clouding up again, I sure hope we get rain and not more danged snow..... The daffodills finaly blossomed, but if we get another freeze not a one tulip is going to open this year.
