Great News!!!

I made an oops strawbeery/rhubarb jam once and it turned out to been the best so now that is how i make it. And get lots of request for it. What had happen is when i was making the strawbery jam i had ran out of pection and ran out to and got what was left of the ruhbarb and added it to the Jam rhubarb is a natural pection. As for the lower in sugar i use raw sugar and less of it, then white. Hope that helps some one, such as it is.

do you do it alone, or does any one help you? I tied mine to a tree by one leg and fought her to the ground. Doing her hoofs where the e-z part for me. I helped Mamalama once with her goats and ...never neveer sit on the horns ouch!

got the squares from cat today. I really enjoyed getting her input. She use to be a very good seamstress and did a lot of quilts. So it was good to see her take an intrest. that made my day to see an elderly lady fine something to still enjoy beside to just sit in her chair. So ladies I thank you all for helping make a little old lady day. think i will do mine while taking care of her.

agree ... we should try and be ready for anything that could happen. there are so many getting rid of thier Y2K stuff a lot cheaper then if you go out an buy it. and that is all i can do right now is just say wow!! that is cheap! but there is a lot of other things that we can do to be prepared.

it feels like it has been forever ... my puter was down and i couldn't figure out why. but did fine the trouble and got it fixed. the trouble ws a lose wire . but it has been a busy time. and been spending a lot of that outside when i can and loving it. hope Fran is doing lots better. i understand the medicale $$$. We where paying out over 1000.00 just in meds for dh. Sure do hope you get the help with these bills and things. I get really upset with THOSES PEOPLE(?) when there are those in need. our DSIL got ourt of a er bill. he had to take our dd to er and ended up paying only 50.00 for the bill. He has wrote a booklet on how to do it all. If you want let me know and I can let you know how to get it a copy. it really works

every time i get another group of squares i lay them ALL out and play with them. And i had this thought also that there will be 10 quilts out there with the same squares that I have but each will be differant and was wondering what each one would look like. So was wondering if there is a way or if we can each take picture of the quilts and show them here. As for me I would really like to see each of them.

AWWW!!!! this made me cry and have a big ole lump. Made me think of each of my grand babies birth. I was truly blessed to have been able to be at the first three's and last year. When the last one was born. I missed it by two days, I had went to tenn. to be there for this last birth, and got called home cause my DH was in bad shape. And he feels really bad that I missed it too. That was a year ago Sunday. That story touched some really tender spots.
