5th graders mama
Garlic Parsley Mushrooms 1 pound fresh mushrooms 5 tablespoons olive oil 3 cloves garlic, peeled and thinly sliced 1 tablespoon lemon juice Sea salt and black pepper to taste 3 tablespoons parsley, minced Wipe over the mushrooms with a slightly moistened cloth. Trim the stems and leave the mushrooms whole or, if large quarter them. Heat the oil in a large frying pan. Add the mushrooms and the garlic and cook over a high heat for about five minutes, until lightly browned. Stir often and do not allow the garlic to burn. Add the lemon juice and salt and pepper to taste. Transfer to a warmed dish and sprinkle with parsley. Serve hot or at room temperature. Or, if you are me, just eat them out of the pan standing at the stove. Link to comment

brightblessings5
I'm gonna try this with the 'Hen-of-the-woods' that I have in the freezer. (Still too afraid it would ruin them to can them.) It sounds absolutely wonderful. Link to comment
