Amishway Homesteaders
Easy Chocolate Peanut Butter Fudge: 2 sticks butter, softened 1/2 cup peanut butter 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder 1 tsp vanilla 4 cups confectioners sugar Mix together butter, peanut butter, cocoa powder, and vanilla. Stir in sugar. Line a 8x8 pan with waxed paper. Pat mixture into pan. Refrigerate 4-6 hours. Cut into small squares. Tip: Easier to mix with your hands rather than a spoon! The kids could even help with this part! Link to comment
preparing
Well thank you! Going to make today. Here is a recipe I have made for no bake cookies. I have a lot of oats, so made some of these and froze them. 2 c. sugar 1/2 c. cocoa 1/2 c. milk 1/4 c. peanut butter 3 c. oats 1 tsp. vanilla 1/2 c. butter Mix sugar, cocoa, butter, and milk in saucepan, boil for 1 minute. Take off stove and add peanut butter, oats, and vanilla. You just make cookies by dropping spoonfuls or whatever shape and let cool and harden. I freeze some and keep the rest in the frig.
