If it is warm you are probably perspiring - even small amounts that you might not be aware of. You will need the water to replace that which you lose through your skin.

 

OTOH, salty foods will encourage your body to hang onto extra fluids. That you will see as a gain on the scale. Temporarily.

Water will always have an impact on your weight, for that reason it is good to only record once a week or even once a month as you get an overall picture of the weight. It is the long term goals that have to be important.
