I freaked when I saw the verticle nail ridges but then read that was a common thing. Whew!!

My mother was just diagnosed with oxygen concentration problems. The doctor told her that by looking at her nails, he could tell she'd had the problem for years.

Looking at a persons nails USED to be one of the first things a doctor did. It still is for some older doctors. I understand that it's being taught in medical schools again. Thanks for posting this Pogo.
