She told me to dry it hanging upside down for a couple of days, but how to I store it after to have it keep the longest? I may want to start growing things myself, and that includes a herb garden, but I know nothing about preserving the stuff after I grow it. Can I just store it in an air tight container? My spice cabinet is a dark shelf. ( Small cabinet in a corner with a door. So that is what I will try. Thank you. Link to comment
