betty
I think the Tightwad Gazette books recommend soy flour as a substitute for eggs in baking. Has anyone tried this? Did it work ok and where do you find soy flour??? Thanks Link to comment
HSmom
I have!! And it works great in baking - such as muffins, quickbread, and pancakes. I got mine at the healthfood store and, later, from www.azurestandard.com. I order quarterly, meet the minimum order requirements, and pay no shipping. Link to comment
westbrook
flax seed also works, as does gelatin. Link to comment
CrabGrassAcres
Buy a little bit and see if you like it before you go all out. I don't think it tastes very good but some folks can't tell a difference. Link to comment
