MamaTiger Posted July 2, 2008 Share Posted July 2, 2008 rabbit casserole from wild rabbits my boys (10, 11) killed 2 nights ago! I cooked it int he crockpot yesterday and took the meat off the bones. Today I mixed it up with veggies and cream of chix soup and seasonings, added cheese and crushed cracker crumbs on top. We are going to have homemade garlic cheese rolls, sliced cucumbers from our garden, and watermelon to go with it. Link to comment

MamaTiger Posted July 3, 2008 Author Share Posted July 3, 2008 They are so proud of themselves. This is the 3rd time they've actually gotten a rabbit. The first two times were with bb guns in our yard, but the other night hubby took them out with their 22s to hunt for rabbits. Link to comment
