These are as you can count them, 1 mile will = one mile. ********* These will be counted as 1 hour = one mile ********* will be down and up 10 times = one mile ******** These two willl be 30 minutes = one mile ******** You will have to be the judge of these. We have been counting 1 hour as a mile, but, sometimes it isn't so. Therefore, I'm letting you be the judge of these. ************ Here are my totals: Walking 1 1/4 Riding bike 6 Stairs 1 1/2 Dishes 1/2 House Work 3/4 Laundry 1 Shopping 2 Other 1 Total.......... 14 miles. Ok, who will be ??? ********* Who is going to join us? Anyone who wants to start exercising or walking or whatever, count your miles and add them up this week and post them next week when either Momo or I make the walking post. Link to comment
snapshotmiki Posted November 10, 2009 Share Posted November 10, 2009 Haven't been counting miles-keep forgetting to get the pedometer out. Good news is I lost 3 1/2 pounds week before last and 1 1/2 pounds last week. Will get out the ped. tomorrow! Link to comment
Momo Posted November 10, 2009 Share Posted November 10, 2009 I read the other day about a pedometer that is computerized and automatically knows how to adjust for your stride. It is downloadable to a computer with all your activity info. It really sounded neat but right now my budget doesn't allow for anything extra. Link to comment
