Miles for May 20 - June 2, 2012

Had 2 graduations receptions to go to and a funeral.

Here are some things that count for miles.

 

Sorry, the smilies page is gone.

 

These are as you can count them, 1 mile will = one mile.

 

Biking, swiming, walking, and such.

These will be counted as 1 hour = one mile

will be down and up 10 times = one mile

These two willl be 30 minutes = one mile

 

weights, jumping rope.

You will have to be the judge of these. We have been counting 1 hour as a mile, but, sometimes it isn't so. Therefore, I'm letting you be the judge of these.

Week of May 20 - 26.

 

Didn't get many miles the one week, maybe 6 - 8, did some work outside and then the other things inside. Haven't gotten on the treadmill yet.

 

May 27 - June 2.

 

I didn't get on the treadmill or the bike again last week. So am in hopes to do at least one day this week.

 

I think I did get 10 miles in as we did some shopping, outside work and then all the stairs I climbed, along with dishes, laundry and other things.

Average for me, 5 miles. Did not do anything extra, was not up to it.

I actually lost a few pounds last week. I am now down a total of 45 pounds from my all time high 2 years ago. I wish I could be more mobile but I am still having health problems. Soon...I hope!
