Biking, swimming, walking, and such. ********* These will be counted as 1 hour = one mile ********* will be down and up 10 times = one mile******** These will be 30 minutes = one mile weights, jumping rope. ******** You will have to be the judge of these. We have been counting 1 hour as a mile, but, sometimes it isn't so. Therefore, I'm letting you be the judge of these. What else can you think of that isn't listed, just add it and let me know. ************ This includes, stairs, dishes, house cleaning, weights, walking, shopping and laundry. Yes, I have been going down to the basement, but, have not carried the laundry down yet. I've been down probably 5 times last week. Walking outside pulling weeds and watering as well as moving the sprinklers. My legs have both been hurting for several days, but, just can't give in to the hurt. With all of this, I am counting 8 miles. YES!!!!! I'm gaining. I've also gained back about 4 of the pounds I lost, That is not what I want to do. ********************************* Ok, who will be ??? ********* Who is going to join us? Snowmom Posted August 7, 2013 Author Share Posted August 7, 2013 Ann, that is still great. There were weeks put together I didn't get 5 miles in. You take care of you and feel better. I remember when I was getting 35 or more miles a week, but, that was yeeeaaaarrrrrrsssss ago. I would love to be able to put down 15 miles in a week, but, not sure when that will happen. Momo Posted August 10, 2013 Share Posted August 10, 2013 You'll get there again Snowy! I have been real good on my diet. I don't know if I lost much weight yet but I am using alot less insulin. I'm gonna weigh in tomorrow. It will be 2 full weeks of low carbs then. Quote Link to comment
