Biking, swimming, walking, and such. ********* These will be counted as 1 hour = one mile ********* will be down and up 10 times = one mile ******** These will be 30 minutes = one mile weights, jumping rope. ******** You will have to be the judge of these. We have been counting 1 hour as a mile, but, sometimes it isn't so. Therefore, I'm letting you be the judge of these. What else can you think of that isn't listed, just add it and let me know. ************ This includes, stairs, dishes, house cleaning, weights, walking, shopping and laundry. Walking outside pulling weeds and watering as well as moving the sprinklers. My legs are still hurting. Sounds like this is going to continue for some time, maybe forever. At least I can walk and do things. With all of this, I am counting 6 miles. One of these days I really plan to go down and walk and ride again. ********************************* Ok, who will be ??? ********* Who is going to join us? Annarchy Posted September 9, 2013 Share Posted September 9, 2013 Morning, Last week was a long week. I cleaned and cleaned and cleaned to try to remove all the skunk smell. We think the stink got under the tiles on the floor. Either way, most of it is now gone and it added about a mile to my total. 4 maybe 5 miles. Attempted to do one of my stretching exercises the other day, and found I could not make it 1/2 way. Eeekk, I really need to start pushing myself again. Quote Link to comment
