Biking, swiming, walking, and such. ********* These will be counted as 1 hour = one mile ********* will be down and up 10 times = one mile******** These two willl be 30 minutes = one mile weights, jumping rope. ******** You will have to be the judge of these. We have been counting 1 hour as a mile, but, sometimes it isn't so. Therefore, I'm letting you be the judge of these. ************ Last week, September 22-28, I am going to say with laundry, stairs, shopping, housework, dishes I may have gotten in about 4 miles. With my leg hurting like it has been, I haven't walked on the treadmill or biked at all. One of these days I am in hopes to get back down and do that. My leg is feeling a bit better today, so hope to get in a couple more miles this week. **** Ok, who will be ??? ********* Who is going to join us? Anyone who wants to start exercising or walking or whatever, count your miles and add them up this week and post them next week when either Momo or I make the walking post. Just to let you all know, I am working on the Fall News Letter, but, have been having problems so, I do hope I can get this out yet today or tomorrow, as our DS from PA. will be coming Wed. Annarchy Posted October 4, 2013 Share Posted October 4, 2013 (((((Momo & Snowmom))))) you both feel better soon. Last week, got home on Sunday from MIL's. Monday walked a mile at shooting practice, Tuesday walked the dog a mile. Wednesday my knee and back kept me down. Pushed through the pain on Saturday for house cleaning and re-arranging my office, maybe 2 miles. A total of 4 miles for the week. And I thought I did good. Quote Link to comment
