Biking, swiming, walking, and such. ********* These will be counted as 1 hour = one mile ********* will be down and up 10 times = one mile******** These two willl be 30 minutes = one mile weights, jumping rope. ******** You will have to be the judge of these. We have been counting 1 hour as a mile, but, sometimes it isn't so. Therefore, I'm letting you be the judge of these. ************ Last week, October 13 - October 19, I am going to say with laundry, stairs, shopping, housework, dishes I may have gotten in about 2 1/2 miles, maybe. We are all sick here in the house, so didn't get much done at all. Colds and mine is mostly sinsus, but, it sure is worse than a lot of times. I finished one Z-Pak and will need to pick up another one today. So, should be much better by Friday. **** Ok, who will be ??? ********* Who is going to join us? Anyone who wants to start exercising or walking or whatever, count your miles and add them up this week and post them next week when either Momo or I make the walking post. Quote Link to comment

I managed to walked the dog two times for an hour. DH says I walked about 2 miles. Then with chores, about 2 more miles. Totaling about 6 miles. Basically did the same last week. Except, during my hour walk, we covered twice the distance, I'm being conservative and saying 2 1/2 miles, giving me 5, plus house work, totaling around 7 miles. Quote Link to comment
Momo Posted October 25, 2013 Share Posted October 25, 2013 Dh has been on the Z-pac again. He has a bad case of bronchitis. Poor thing has been miserable but he is finally improving. Alot of respiratory stuff going around already this winter. Way to go Annarchy! Quote Link to comment
