After my neighbor let me borrow his Ball Blue Book (I don't have one yet, but I've heard there's one with my name on it ) and we had done smoked salmon, I tried it on my own. It wasn't hard to do (does that I mean I did it wrong? LOL). I did potatoes and I did chili all by myself. Haven't actually eaten any yet, so don't listen to me, lol. Link to comment
