brightblessings5
I have 7 jars of seasoned ground beef in the canner. With 12 minutes left to go, my propane powered outdoor stove runs out of propane! Guess I know what I'll be doing tomorrow after I get the tank filled Link to comment
Darlene
Oh geez...I had that happen once when I was in the middle of making strawberry jam. I had just added the stupid pectin when the tanks ran out...lol Link to comment
Violet
Oh no ! So sorry that happened. I am canning more beef chuck meat today. Link to comment
Fritz_Monroe
Sorry this has happened. I learned a number of years ago to keep multiple tanks on hand. A couple years ago we had both my family and my wife's family over for dinner. Of course half way through grilling, I was out of propane. Never again, I never have less than 4 full tanks on hand. This is also part of our preps. Link to comment
susie
We have a nifty little thing that hooks two bottles at a time up to the line...only one bottle can be turned on at a time, but when one is empty, it just needs the dial to be turned to the other and the valve opened and away you go!
