DenimDaze
Almost everyone has or has had lower back pain. I don't think you can get through pregnancy and the chores of being a mother without it! I found a great website for lower back exercises with pictures and all: http://orthoinfo.aaos.org/topic.cfm?topic=A00302 The page says it is for recovering from an injury, but it will also strengthen your back to prevent an injury. Those are a wonderful set of exercises to give you back muscles that are ready for anything! All muscles work in pairs and it is good to exercise knowing that. If you work on your lower back it would be really good to work on your stomach muscles too. I'm hoping to find a website as good about abdominal exercises! Link to comment
DenimDaze
I managed to strain my lower back a little with too enthusiastic weight work so I'm trying these exercises out myself. I love advil... Link to comment

Crazy4Canning
Do be careful with the advil. It can be really hard on the liver. Link to comment
