CeeGee Posted September 23, 2009 Share Posted September 23, 2009 I haven't frozen the individually wrapped cheese slices, but I have frozen sliced cheese. I buy the big things of cheese at Costco and just separate into freezer bags and pop in the freezer. I don't think that it would be any different freezing individually wrapped slices. Link to comment

Canned Nerd Posted September 24, 2009 Share Posted September 24, 2009 I've frozen them as part of a sandwich, but never alone individually and still wrapped. I think you will find they will change a little in texture when frozen and then thawed that way not be visually as appealing but should not effect the flavor. Link to comment

Crazy4Canning Posted September 24, 2009 Share Posted September 24, 2009 I've frozen the pre-sliced stacks of American. I just let it thaw completely before using it and I can't tell a difference. I so rarely eat American Cheese that it's a treat. Link to comment
