recipes with bananas??

Okay, I have been given a bounty of bananas. I've made a huge batch of banana pancakes for the freezer, a batch of muffins for the freezer, and 3 loaves of banana oatmeal bread.

 

Anybody got a great recipe that uses bananas? I really don't want to freeze them - I hate trying to peel them afterward.

You can peel them and mash them, then freeze them in the quantities that your recipe needs.

 

I just put them in plastic baggies in one-cup amounts.

I never peel bananas that I freeze. I just thaw them before using them in recipes and then mash them.

I love Banana Ice Cream -- just a frozen banana placed in a blender.
