Snowmom Posted June 20, 2011 Share Posted June 20, 2011 I am still not doing much walking, I got in about 1 mile this past week. I did do other things at the gym, I got in about 10 miles of other workout stuff. Then I did laundry and so that is another 2 miles dishes another mile and let me see, up and down the stairs at least 1 1/2 miles. So, I think a total of about 15 1/2 miles. That is looking better. I just have to get that walking up. Who is going to join us and post miles for this past week? Link to comment
themartianchick Posted June 21, 2011 Share Posted June 21, 2011 I only walked two miles last week but I did jog one day. Based upon the amount of time that I ran, I believe that I got in a good 3 miles. Link to comment
Momo Posted June 22, 2011 Share Posted June 22, 2011 I can't exercise much as I have pretty much had to use a wheelchair lately. However, I started keeping a food journal yesterday to help me remember that every bite I put in my mouth needs to be thought about! Link to comment
Annarchy Posted June 27, 2011 Share Posted June 27, 2011 Great idea Momo. I will try that. I am trying to drink water when I want to snack. I've been bad. Being home every day now has enabled me to be able to eat when ever the urge hits. Very little walking, maybe an half a mile a day around the house and yard. Eating too much and upset that the scale keeps telling me I weigh more each day. I sat in my yard for 3 weeks pulling weeds, hoping it would strengthen my upper bod. I gained 5 lbs. doing that.
