Egg separation made *EASY*!

OK, so the video is in Chinese, but when you watch it you can understand it.

 

Break open your egg gently into a bowl. (It won't work if the yolk breaks!)

 

Using a clean, empty water bottle, which is thin enough to squeeze, hover over the yolk in the bowl. Squeeze the bottle *slightly* to create a vacuum, place it on the yolk, and release the squeeze. The yolk will jump cleanly into the neck of the bottle!

 

I'm guessing that it would help if the lip of the bottle is moist when doing this - either by dipping into the white or into water.
