Miles for November 18 - 24, 2012

Here are some things that count for miles.

These are as you can count them, 1 mile will = one mile.

Biking, swiming, walking, and such.

These will be counted as 1 hour = one mile

:STAIRS: will be down and up 10 times = one mile

These two willl be 30 minutes = one mile

You will have to be the judge of these. We have been counting 1 hour as a mile, but, sometimes it isn't so. Therefore, I'm letting you be the judge of these. :)

Miles for last week, I am going to say with laundry, stairs, shopping, housework, dishes and all, I got in about a total of maybe 7 miles. Thanksgiving week is always a busy week around here. We went shopping a couple times too, so that helped. :)

 

Ok, who will be NEXT2.gif ???

Who is going to join us? :) Anyone who wants to start exercising or walking or whatever, count your miles and add them up this week and post them next week when either Momo or I make the walking post. :)

Good to see your miles up Snowmom. It does seem the holidays tend to get us more active.

 

Last week, our shooting day, I walked for a while found some quail but was not quick enough to take a picture of them before they went over the next hill. Tuesday was spent at the oncology center, Wednesday, Dr. for me. Thursday, I did not do much 'cause I reacted to the shot the Dr gave me, Friday, laundry that had managed to stack, Saturday was Maid day all day - started at 11 finished around 4 with laundry still cranking. Stupid washer works well it just takes foooorrrreeeevvvveeeerrrrr to wash a small load. The clothes on the line dry faster than the washer does.

 

So, 1 + ( .0005 + .0005 + .0005) + 1 + 5 = about 7 miles.

 

This week, I have started my exercising again.... regardless of the stupid cold I got on top of the crudy antibiotics for strep/pnemonia.... I am going to push myself because I am so tired of being sick. :banghead:
