I bought 4 Eye Round Roast and 4 Chuck Roast and cut in chunks and put them in the pressure canner. Now I am thinking about some pork roast I have in the freezer. I used pint size jars which seem to be a perfect size for my husband and myself. This jar didn't seal so we had it for dinner. All I had to do was thicken the juice and open a can of peas.
