Miles for January 25 - 31, 2015

Here are some things that count for miles.
These are as you can count them, 1 mile will = one mile.
Biking, swimming, walking, and such.
These will be counted as 1 hour = one mile

:STAIRS: will be down and up 10 times = one mile
These will be counted as 30 minutes = one mile

:lois: weights, jumping rope. :clothesline:


You will have to be the judge of these. We have been counting 1 hour as a mile, but, sometimes it isn't so. Therefore, I'm letting you be the judge of these. :)


For the week of January 25 - 31, I am saying a total of 58 miles this last week, 38 miles on the bike and treadmill, 20 was on the fitbit. Wow, I did a lot more walking than I realized last week, with all that was going on, I'm really surprised. Glad I write it down each day. :

4 miles walking, 1 mile in garden, 2 miles shopping and 2 miles working around house. Still haven't wore my mile counter yet around the house. Total of 9 miles . But my sugar as dropped down from 300-400 to almost 100-150 and I have lost 12 lbs this month!
