Biking, swimming, walking, and such. ********* These will be counted as 1 hour = one mile also. ********* will be down and up 10 times = one mile ******** These will be counted as 30 minutes = one mile ******** You will have to be the judge of these. We have been counting 1 hour as a mile, but, sometimes it isn't so. Therefore, I'm letting you be the judge of these. ************ April 10 - 16 my fit bit says I walked 30.89 miles for this week. I still haven’t been on the bike or treadmill yet. I’ve just really working around the house a lot more or something, up and down the stairs a couple dozen times too I guess. ********* Ok, who will be ??? ********* Who is going to join us? sassenach Posted April 20, 2016 Share Posted April 20, 2016 Ended up trying to go up a very steep 'hill', a mountain ridge really, on Sunday, pushing my electric scooter up the side of the road. I must have gone over 45 minutes doing that so I will say 2 miles worth. Today walked , mostly flat , just a mile. I am a bit stiff from Sunday's 'work out'. Sat outside for lunch and chatted with folks who sat down at the picnic table, got about an hour of Vitamin D , the natural way as it was sunny and I was warm enough. Quote Link to comment
