Synn
I am curious as to how this tastes... Lol not sure I'd want to waste a good can of tomato soup with Peanut butter.. But if you think it's really good well I guess it's worth a try. Link to comment

UKGuy
OMG ladies, I should tell ya, about 15 yrs. ago when I was sick in bed with a cold. My husband and daughter Jen decided to cook something easy for supper (in the kitchen). With supervision, daughter Jen made this soup. Hubby and all 3 daughter's really liked it. I was abit leary of the weird combination, but when I was feeling better, and got my taste buds back. I had some of this soup, and to my surprise, it tasted pretty good. It was a kid pleasing meal in our house. Hope you all will like it too!! Link to comment
Synn
Yeah well Darlene!!!!!!! You go girl! Link to comment
ozzzyyy
Waiting...Darlene??? How's the soup? I'm a chicken when it comes to eating something new or different. I have a friend that pours milk over her popcorn and eats it like cereal. She swears by it's goodness but I still cannot fathom the thought of ruining a good bowl of popcorn. Very interesting combination of ingredients this soup recipe has. Link to comment
Freetobeme
The popcorn and milk sound like a tasty thing. Like a puffed corn cereal. Instead of risking a whole bowl of popcorn, why not try just a few pieces or steal a bite from your friend? Nothing ventured, nothing gained! Link to comment
Synn
I know people who actually do the popcorn and milk thing.. They say it's good..I prefer mine with lots of butter and salt though!!! Link to comment
moonstar
I like trying new recipes. This one is an unusual combo. I'd try it if it weren't for the milk (lactose intolerant) and the peanut butter (don't like p.b.). Oh, somebody out there try it. Link to comment
redhenfarm
Of course this would be good! Just like you see on the menu some thai dish with peanut sauce. Years ago when I was trying out being a vegetarian I made two soups I still remember from Recipes for a Small Planet by Ellen Buchman Ewald - one is Peanut Tofu and Sesame Soup which to my mind looks awful but to this day I crave the taste. The other is actually cereal - A Cold Morning for Hot Peanut Cereal which is also memorable. Link to comment
Synn
OK Ok I have to admit it's not bad at all... Gives the tomato soup just a peanuty taste... For a healty addition I would make it again.. Link to comment
