zzelle Posted June 4, 2007 Share Posted June 4, 2007 i have had three children two natural the third c-section and after the third it is harder to get my figure back. i have lost around 24lbs. but i a want to get my stomach flater and my legs firmer. any one have any suggutions. we have been eating healthier and excerisng and changeing our routine so our bodies do not get used to it but still if any one has any ideas please help and will greatly appreciate. thank you Link to comment
SweetTea Posted June 4, 2007 Share Posted June 4, 2007 I had decent results from Pilates after my little ones, but I don't think the same thing works for everybody. But I'd recommend looking into Pilates, maybe a tape or book from your library. Link to comment

Grace&Violets Posted June 4, 2007 Share Posted June 4, 2007 I've had 2 csections and kickboxing after my first helped. I'm still trying to get back in shape after my second one. Pilates also was great after my first csection, too. Right now we are trying biking to get in shape. Link to comment
