c-section

i have had three children two natural the third c-section and after the third it is harder to get my figure back. i have lost around 24lbs. but i a want to get my stomach flater and my legs firmer. any one have any suggutions. we have been eating healthier and excerisng and changeing our routine so our bodies do not get used to it but still if any one has any ideas please help and will greatly appreciate. thank you

ummmmmmmm... tummy tuck with lipo of course at my age that is about the only hope I have!

 

(actually my tap class has done wonders, ballet would be better but lacked the time for both)

Bellydancing! Those belly rolls sure helped with MY belly rolls!

thanks we have started trying to do pilates. i would love to learn to belly dance got to find a tape or dvd to learn. thanks for all the wonderful advice.

does anyone know where i can get a belly dancing video at and what one to recommond. i have no clue i would like belly dancing and pilates toghter. thanks for the help. i really whant to lose weight and tone my body.
