I've decided I'm really doing "cheater" petit fours, though - I'm going to make my favorite pound cake, cut it in thin slices, sandwich it with either lemon curd or raspberry jam (some will have the lemon and some the raspberry), and then cut them and pour the glaze over. I was thinking the pound cake would be sturdier and easier to work with. Link to comment
